Privacy Policy

Digital Servi Provider respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through digitalserviprovider.com, our contact forms, client portal, consultations and digital services; why we use it; how it may be shared; and the choices available to you.

1. Who We Are

Digital Servi Provider is a fully online digital-services business offering services such as SEO, content writing, guest posting, website optimization, YouTube SEO, affiliate-marketing support and e-commerce assistance. In this Policy, “Digital Servi Provider,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the operator of this website and its services.

For privacy questions or requests, contact us at techsuprtcontact111@gmail.com.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies when you visit our website, submit a form, contact us, request a quotation, purchase or receive a service, attend a consultation, create or use a client-portal account, or otherwise communicate with us. It does not govern third-party websites or platforms that have their own privacy policies.

3. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Contact details: first and last name, email address, country and phone number.
  • Inquiry and project details: selected service, subject, message, website URL, target market, business goals, project instructions, files and other information you choose to share.
  • Account details: information required to create, authenticate and manage a client-portal account.
  • Transaction records: payment status, amount, date, payment method and invoice or reference details. We do not intentionally store full payment-card numbers or security codes.
  • Communications: emails, support requests, approvals, feedback and records needed to manage a project or resolve a dispute.

Google Sign-In data

If you choose to use Google Sign-In for the client portal, the current implementation is intended only to authenticate your account using the minimum standard identity permissions. Google may provide us with your name, email address, profile image and a unique Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password.

We do not use basic Google Sign-In to access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts or other private Google services. If a future feature requires additional Google data, we will clearly explain the data and purpose before requesting permission and will update this Policy before using that data.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, approximate location, browser type, operating system and device type.
  • Pages viewed, referring page, visit dates, time spent and interaction information.
  • Cookie identifiers, consent preferences, security logs and diagnostic information.

4. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • respond to inquiries, prepare quotations and provide requested services;
  • create, authenticate and protect client-portal accounts;
  • manage projects, revisions, approvals, payments, invoices and support;
  • communicate service updates and information related to an active request or contract;
  • improve website usability, content, performance and security;
  • measure traffic and understand how visitors use the website, where permitted;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access and policy violations;
  • comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations; and
  • establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

5. Legal Grounds for Processing

Depending on where you live and how you interact with us, we process personal information because it is necessary to perform or prepare a contract, because you have given consent, because we have a legitimate business interest that does not override your rights, or because processing is required by law.

6. Google API Services and Limited Use

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

  • Google user data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing feature for which permission was granted, such as secure sign-in.
  • We request only the permissions reasonably necessary for that feature.
  • We do not sell Google user data.
  • We do not use Google user data for targeted, personalized, interest-based or retargeted advertising.
  • We do not use Google user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending, surveillance or data-broker activities.
  • We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
  • We do not disclose Google user data to third parties except as needed to provide the authorized feature, comply with law, protect rights and security, complete a business transfer with appropriate safeguards, or follow the user’s clear direction and consent.

You can revoke our Google access from your Google Account’s third-party connections or request deletion by emailing us.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use necessary cookies for functions such as security, session management and remembering consent choices. With your permission, we may also use preference, analytics or advertising cookies. Where consent is legally required, non-essential cookies should remain disabled until you choose to allow them.

You can use the cookie-consent controls on our website to accept, reject or manage non-essential cookies. More information is available in our Cookie Policy.

8. When We Share Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share limited information with:

  • Service providers: website hosting and platform providers, email services, authentication providers, cloud storage, analytics providers, security tools, payment providers and professional contractors that help us operate the business.
  • Project partners: publishers, outreach partners or subcontractors only when needed to deliver an agreed service and subject to appropriate confidentiality expectations.
  • Legal and safety recipients: regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies or advisers where disclosure is required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, users or the public.
  • Business transfers: a buyer, successor or adviser involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Service providers may process information only for the services they perform for us and must protect it appropriately.

9. International Data Transfers

Because our business is online and some service providers operate globally, information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use reasonable contractual, technical or organizational safeguards for international transfers.

10. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including:

  • general inquiries: normally up to 24 months after the last communication;
  • client, contract, invoice and transaction records: for the project period and any additional period required for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention or legal purposes;
  • client-portal and basic Google Sign-In data: while the account is active and for a limited period after closure to complete deletion, security and backup processes; and
  • cookie and analytics information: according to the duration shown in the cookie tool or provider settings.

When retention is no longer necessary, information is deleted, anonymized or securely isolated unless the law requires continued storage.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, secure authentication, encrypted connections, limited staff or contractor access and security monitoring. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

To make a request, email techsuprtcontact111@gmail.com with the subject Privacy Request. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a request. Some information may be retained where required by law or needed to establish or defend legal claims.

13. Account and Google Data Deletion

You may ask us to delete your client-portal account and associated Google Sign-In profile data by emailing us with the subject Account Deletion Request. We will process verified requests within a reasonable period, normally within 30 days, unless retention is legally required. You may separately revoke access through your Google Account settings.

14. Children’s Privacy

Our website and professional services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information may contact us to request deletion.

15. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party websites, marketplaces, social platforms or service providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for their content or data handling.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when our services, tools or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted on this dedicated page with a new “Last updated” date. Where a material change affects how we use Google user data or other information collected with consent, we will provide additional notice and request consent when required.
